In PEB, the maintenance region is the steel roofing and cladding. Installed roofing must be examined at least once a year. Any uncovered metal that can rust or has rusted should be painted. Leaves, branches, and trash should be confiscated from gutters, at ridge caps and in crooks. Also keep your eyes open for discharge from industrial heaps and particulate matter and high sculpture exhaust from space heaters which can get heaped up.
